To return the item, what should I do now?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please send us this first to support@sheertrends.com, then we will provide you the return address. You have to bear the expenses for the return.

For the return to be successful, your product needs to be unused, in the same condition that you got it, and in the initial product packaging.

You can return your product( s) for a refund within one month after shipment.

We need an invoice or evidence of purchase. In case you can not discover it or do not have it then please note that in your e-mail and we can discover it in our system.

How refunds are processed?

My item is broken/i got the incorrect item, what now?

I haven't gotten my item yet, what now?

In the occasion that you do not get your order after the specified shipment time frame, please call us as quickly as you know.

Do you have a service warranty?

Our guarantee lasts for 1 year from the date your order is delivered, in case something takes place to your item due to malfunctioning craftsmanship. we'll repair your product at no charge for you.

The products need not be physically damaged. Abuse or abuse will void service warranty protection.

Processing & Transaction Fee Refund Policy 


All credit card fees, PayPal processing fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged at the time the payment is initiated. Should you request a refund after making your purchase, we will deduct the amount of any processing fees as we incur those charges from the processor. We do not reimburse these fees.

Cancellation Policy
